WINDSONG ..... The House

The house was constructed in 1991 by ShadowStand Properties, Inc. The home is constructed on a bluff overlooking the Chemung Valley approximately one mile west from the Elmira-Corning Airport and one mile north from the ORTHSTAR Office in the Airport Corporate Park.

The large home is constructed to be totally open inside with an outstanding view of the surrounding area from each room. The house is constructed with all the latest accrudements including a full computer room and entertaiments areas. The home is white with black trim, as are all the buildings build since 1990 by ShadowStand Properties, Inc. for James Orsillo and his companies.



Virgil's Villa ... The Horse Stable at the Farm

The Horse Stable ... Virgil's Villa, built in 1992, is home to Virgil and his herd. It is located on the same bluff as the house. The Stable currently has fifteen (15) horses and a number of dogs and cats. The farm is north of Sing Sing Road and is on about sixty acres of land.

The other support structures on the property are the corals, the helopad, equipment barn, the hay barn, and dog kennels built in 1992-1993.



The Polo Field

The polo field is located on 17 acres just south of the farm on Sing Sing Road. The Polo field is located adjacent to the "Horse in Sport" Arena. There is also an additional adjacent 16 acres for turn-outs and other outdoor events in the complex.



The Horse-In-Sport Arena

The Arena is 120' by 200' in Phase 1. Phase 3 will add an additional 80' by 150' on two floors overlooking the area. The arena is designed for indoor polo and other horse sporting events. The viewer areas are designed to support the viewers and shop venders.



The Arena Stables

The stabling initially will be 90' by 180' behind the arena for about 100 horses. There is a future plan to add an additional buildings. The plan is to accomodate at least 200 horses at an event when required.
