For Imediate Release (6/99): After months of delay, while the site plans and business plans of the Thundering Hooves Arena Project were reviewed by numerous officials, etc of the County and Town of Big Flats, the Building Permit was granted for a three (3) phase project. The first and second phase is the construction of the actual Arena (24,000 sq. ft.) and Horse Barn (16,000 sq ft). Actual Construction started in Spring of 1999 and completion of phase 1 and 2 are targeted for spring of 2001. The third phase is targeted for completion within three years and that consists of a two story glass enclosed building along one side of the arena. This building will have a foot print of 15,000+ sq ft.
