ELMIRA, NEW YORK - May 16, 2000- ORTHSTAR, Inc., a System,
Simulation and Software Engineering organization, announced today that it has
started the site plans and engineering study to create the new ORTHSTAR Systems
Building with its affiliate ShadowStand Properties, Inc.
ORTHSTAR's affiliate company Shadowstand Properties, Inc has signed a purchase
agreement with Chemung County Industrial Development for the purchase of an
additional 16+ acres adjacent to the Airport Corporate Park
The new structure is to be placed on the ORTHSTAR campus and included in the
Airport Corporate Park. This new facility will be 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft and
will be dedicated to systems development and manufacturing of ORTHSTAR and
client products.
